With the first quarter numbers now available, and the month of March in particular, Realtor®.com analysts are seeing some positive trends – and some especially good news for our local market. Realtor.com is reporting a 19.73% increase over last year’s list prices for the month of March in Boise, with an average median price of $155,532. The top 5 markets include:

Inman News, recently reported on April 26, 2012: “…The spring homebuying season continues its brush with optimism with median list prices of homes for sale nationwide up 5.56 percent over the last year, according to Realtor.com data updated through March 2012. The jump to $189,900 brings the national median list price close to what it was two years ago….”
